- 1. Bonus Spots are subject to availability of space
- 2. Production charges not included in airtime costs, minimum production charge of €50 will apply to all commercials
- 3. Volume discounts available on request
- 4. Tipp fm reserves the right to make minor alterations to the wording of advertisements or to ask for alternative copy
- 5. Tipp fm reserves the right to refuse a campaign or part thereof
- 6. All promotions/sponsorships are considered at the discretion of the programming department and subject to statutory regulation
- 7. Competitions will be run to fit with programme format
- 8. Standard packages run Monday - Sunday unless specified
- 9. Advertisers preference for days of the week may be accepted at a surcharge of 10%, fixing times surcharge +10% will apply
- 10. Charities will receive 15% discount
Payment Terms & VAT
- 1. All costs will be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate
- 2. Cancellations must be received and acknowledged by the station in writing at least 5 days in advance of the first transmission date
- 3. Spots cancelled within one week of transmission will be charged at 100%
- 4. Invoices must be paid within 30 days, new clients must pay in advance
- 5. All new clients must fill out a customer information form
