Those that say they’re owed money by a Tipperary company that was wound up almost three years ago have exactly six months to register their claims with the Official Liquiduator.
Tipperary Fresh Food Ltd. was put into liquidation on May 5th, 2005.
Mr. Justice Finlay Geoghegan delivered the judgement on the Nenagh-based firm in the High Court.
The claims received will be adjudicated upon on November 26th this year.
